• No Endorsement: Listing a market or vendor on our platform does not constitute an endorsement of their products, services, or business practices.

Vendor Listings

Vendors may create a free listing on CropCart Markets to increase their visibility. By creating a listing, vendors agree to the following:

• Free Listings: Vendor listings are provided free of charge. There are no paid tiers, memberships, or fees to be listed or to appear in search.
• No Guarantee of Results: Creating a listing does not guarantee increased sales, customers, or any specific business outcomes.
• Accurate Information: Vendors must provide accurate information about their business, products, and market presence.
• Content Rights: By submitting content (photos, descriptions, etc.), vendors grant us permission to use this content on our platform and marketing materials.
• Listing Management: We reserve the right to edit or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that contain inaccurate or inappropriate content.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CropCart Markets. Our trademarks, trade names, and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
